Dar Settash
Dar Settash is a four bedroomed house tucked away down a quiet and secure side street from one of the medina's busiest roads, Talaa Sghira.
The house's safe and prime location makes it an excellent choice for a family, group of friends, or students who want to live, study or work in the Fez medina. In fact, just five minutes away from Place Batha and taxis it is also ideal for an individual who wants to commute to the New town but live within the medina.
Previously owned by a courtier of the King, Dar Settash is bursting at it's seams with highly ornate tile, plaster and woodwork.
The house has four beautiful, spacious rooms with three bathrooms. There is also a stunning courtyard, living room, spacious fitted kitchen and dining room as well as a breezy and cool private roof terrace with several plants and some of the best views in Fes!
The house comes with a dongle so tenants can access the internet. The finest quality Egytian cotton sheets and towels are also included. Tenants have access to a wahing machine and cleaners and cooks are available upon request from our house manager who is available 24/7 to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Dar Rouah
Dar Rouah is a spacious one bedroomed house (in fact there is another small room suitable for children or visiting friends).
The house is conveniently located just off a busy and well lit road (Zkak Roauh) towards the centre of the medina about a 10 minute walk from taxis. The house's size makes it ideal for an individual or couple wanting to live in the Fez medina.
Dar Rouah was the second house that we restored. The restoration work was quite significant and no expense was spared to make this house truely unique and very comfortable.
The house has one large bedroom, one small bedroom, a large living room and kitchen/dining area and two bathrooms. The courtyard sofas are perfect for relaxing on after a long day and the terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet warm evening.
